FleetRPM Monitor II

Optional engine revolution sensor for FleetTrax II BASE and FULL modules.

Detects the engine revolution signals from the alternator's power terminals and provides signal proportional to the engine revolution. Makes available indication of work hours, idle time and journey time in the uptime report, as well as the average fuel consumption on journey and working, if a fuel probe is also installed in the vehicle/machine.

The fleetRPM Monitor II interface is only necessary to be installed if there is no star-point output (usually marked with “W”) on the alternator in the given vehicle/machine. If there is a star-point output, this interface is not needed, because the star-point can be connected directly to the “RPM” input of the FleetTrax II module.
